Vendors at International Day

We hope that you will consider participating as a vendor during International Day on July 13, 2024 at Bunning Park Rock Springs, Wyoming. It promises to be a great event again this year.  

International Day is always interested in new participants and as a special note this year would like to increase the variety of the types of foods offered. If you know of an organization or business that would be interested in offering food or crafts from one of the 56 nationalities not represented in previous years (American, Mexican, Greek, Chinese, Native American were represented in 2017) please contact Kayla Mannikko at [email protected] with any questions and she will be happy to assist you. 

Please take special note of the following items:
​- Vendor parking will be on the corner of K Street and Pilot Butte Ave.
As the number of attendees increases so is the parking challenge. To get more people in the park, and at your booths, we would like to keep the vendor parking up the street.  
- All fees are non-refundable
- Fees are based on 1 (one) allotted space (approximately 10’ x 10’).  If you anticipate your business will need more than a standard space please pay accordingly. 
-$20 for non-profits, 
-$80 for profit organizations non electricity, 
-$100 for profit with electricity, please supply your own power cord,
- Check or money order made payable to the International Day Committee is required to be paid prior to July 1, 2024.
-To sell neither water, nor any other type of beverage as the Contractor will provide this service.
-Set up will be Friday July 12th beginning at 10 am, there will be overnight security at the park.
